Swan Reserve has several accommodations, ranging from traditional rooms to signature suites. We toured a traditional EPCOT view guest room with two queen beds.
Traditional EPCOT View Guest Room Tour at Swan Reserve
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin includes the Swan Resort, Dolphin Resort, and Swan Reserve, the latter of which opened in 2021. Check out the full video tour of a traditional guest room with two queen beds and a view of EPCOT:
The Swan and Dolphin Resorts, including the Swan Reserve featured in this room tour, are on Walt Disney World property but not managed by them. They are instead owned and operated by Marriott, specifically under their Westin Hotels & Resorts brand. As such, the interior design throughout these resorts has a more modern look and feel, rather than the more typical Disney theming found at Disney World properties.

The rooms at the Swan Reserve continue this modern style with bright walls and linens, contrasted with some darker carpet, woodwork, upholstery, and warm lighting fixtures.

The entryway for this room offers ample space, with the bathroom located to the right behind a sliding door.

The bathroom continues the bright, modern feel and features a tile floor with more dark woods beneath the vanity.

A touch of nature brings some color to the bathroom with this framed art over the toilet.

A storage area underneath the vanity includes a basket with extra towels stocked and space for additional storage.

Complimentary toiletries are included in a vibrant orange featuring the resort’s logo. A small bottle of lotion and a bar of soap can be found on the sink.

Instead of a bench for sitting or storage in the walk-in shower, a small metal bar is mounted in the bottom interior corner beneath the accessibility handle to provide a step while bathing.

Branded shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are mounted in the shower.

The shower offers plenty of standing space underneath a rain-style showerhead. A secondary handheld mode is also available.

The room’s closet is notably large and includes spare pillows, blankets, along with a Swan Reserve-branded bathrobe, an iron, and other typical amenities.

A full-body mirror is wall-mounted between the media center and the door to an adjoining room.

The wall over the two queen beds features a subtle leaf pattern in gray and white, looping in some more natural imagery first seen in the bathroom’s art.

The shared bedside lamp offers a warm tone and features a large white stone base, adding to the natural accents. The alarm clock features a wood accent matching the bed’s backboard and nightstand base.

The center wall outlet offers both USB-A and USB-C charging ports.

The front façade of the media center is covered in abstract lines, in contrast to the striped patterns of the woodwork and the carpet. The left edge of the media center includes some shelf space and another outlet with more USB-A and C charging ports.

Notably, two complimentary Dasani water bottles were included next to the coffee maker. Most standard rooms at Walt Disney World Resort hotels do not include complimentary water, so the two Dasani bottles we found in our room present a significant change from standard room offerings elsewhere on property.
While unknown at the time of writing, it seems likely that this is a unique addition to the Swan and Dolphin resorts (or at a minimum, the Swan Reserve, based on our experience here), courtesy of the separate operations under Marriott.

Other standard amenities, including a coffee maker, an electronic safe, a minifridge, drinking glasses, and an ice bucket, are featured throughout.

A desk space is attached to the right edge of the media center, accompanied by a single seat sporting a grey abstract wave pattern.

Looping back to some of the room’s subtle flora and fauna motifs, three small bird statues with stone bases line the edge of the elevated desk area. Interestingly, the statues are detachable and movable – perhaps useful as paperweights or if you just need that little extra bit of desk space to work with.

The rounded desk lamp offers more warm light and even more USB charging ports alongside the standard wall outlets.

The bedroom space features one large framed painting next to the thermostat, featuring two people diving underwater. It’s a bit of a visual departure from the accents of birds and leaves, but it does tie in the faded blue of the art’s hosting wall between the bedroom and the bathroom.
The prominent blues featured along this wall may be intended to reflect the impressive view out of the room’s floor-to-ceiling windows, rounding out the color palette of the space to match those of the tree line and neighboring Swan and Dolphin resort buildings outside.

What the Swan rooms may lack in distinct Disney theming found in other resorts, they more than make up for with exterior views featured in rooms like this. Guests may even enjoy a clear line of sight to Spaceship Earth over at EPCOT (depending on their room type and location).

Consequently, some Swan Reserve rooms will be treated to a view of EPCOT’s Luminous nighttime show. Looking northward – slightly to the left out of this room’s windows – one may even get a glimpse of the nightly fireworks at Magic Kingdom, as shown below.
