Tracy Tutor spent nearly a year giving her house a “full-scale remodel,” and, as you can see in the video above, the final result is absolutely stunning. However, once the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent completed the main house, she decided to keep building elsewhere on her property.
“I finished the house last year, and I started a whole new project,” Tracy told The Daily Dish in a June 24 interview. “I built a second-story guest house above my garage, and that has been an arduous process, to say the least.”
“We are almost done, and I’m so excited,” Tracy continued. “It’s a gorgeous gem. We’re, like, in the final five percent… Hanging light fixtures, and it’s beautiful. So thank god it’s almost over.”
After building her dream home, Tracy has no plans to say goodbye to it in the future.
“I think this house will remain in my family. I don’t ever see selling it,” she said. “I want to be able to hand this down to my kids one day…and I think property in Beverly Hills is one of the safest places to invest. I feel very comfortable with where we are. It’s not overwhelmingly big, and I walk everywhere, and the kids love it. So I think we’re here to stay.”

Tracy Tutor shares details on her bathroom renovation
When deciding which bedroom would be hers as she was renovating, Tracy explained that she opted for “the smaller room in the house” because it “has a larger bathroom and had the potential to have a larger closet.”
“So, I renovated that,” she said. “I did a beautiful custom closet and beautiful bathroom.”
As Tracy showed in the video above, her bathroom has “such incredible light,” and “all of the floors and the countertops are onyx.”
