These were the top-selling homes for February in the Rockford area

The top most expensive homes sold in Febrary in the Rockford area ranged from $435,000 to $775,000.

The homes are located in Rockford, Rockton, Belvidere, Capron, Roscoe and Loves Park.

10. 5121 Parliament Place, Rockford

This two-story, four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with a three-car garage has wood floors throughout most of main level. This level includes a living room with fireplace, laundry room, formal dining room, a bedroom with full bathroom and an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and access to the upper deck area.
