Japón
Location: The Setai Miami Beach, 2001 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach
Opening: October 1, 2024
Japón, the newest addition to The Setai Miami Beach, will open this October. Led by executive chefs Vijayudu Veena and Ivan Monzón, the restaurant will offer Japanese dishes alongside an extensive sake selection, cocktails, and wines. The space will feature indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a private dining area.
Sunny’s
Location: 7357 NW Miami Court
Opening: Early October 2024
Sunny’s, from the team behind Jaguar Sun and Sunny’s Someday Steakhouse, is set to open in Little River later this year. The menu, led by chef Carey Hynes and former EDGE Steakhouse chef Aaron Brooks, will feature raw bar selections, wood-fired proteins, steakhouse classics, handmade pastas, and salads. The beverage program includes a diverse wine list, classic and house cocktails, a martini menu, and large-format drinks. Built in a old roofing factory, the restaurant’s courtyard, anchored by a massive banyan tree, offers casual outdoor seating, while the indoor dining room modernizes the traditional steakhouse vibe.
Aviv
Location: 1 Hotel South Beach, 2341 Collins Avenue
Opening: October 2024
This fall, Aviv will bring the flavors of Israel to Miami Beach, courtesy of James Beard Award-winners Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook of CookNSolo. The new restaurant, located at 1 Hotel South Beach, will blend ancient Israeli cooking methods with the modern flavors of Miami and Tel Aviv.
Sparrow Italia
Location: 255 NW 25th Street, Wynwood
Opening: October 2024
Noble 33’s first Miami restaurant, Sparrow Italia, debuts in Wynwood this October. Co-founded by hospitality pros Tosh Berman and Mikey Tanha, Sparrow Italia offers a modern take on Italian dining with Mediterranean influences. Led by chef Alejandro Porben, an alum of Scarpetta, the menu will celebrate Italy’s national bird, the sparrow, with dishes symbolizing things like joy, simplicity, and freedom.
Oro
Location: 818 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach

Golden Era Hospitality is set to launch Oro, an upscale rooftop restaurant on Lincoln Road in South Beach. Inspired by major global cities around the world, the 300-seat venue promises premium cuts of meat and top-quality seafood, including crab, lobster, oysters, and various fish, served tableside.
Daniel’s, A Florida Steakhouse
Location: 620 South Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale
Opening: October 2024
Gioia Hospitality Group—the team behind Coral Gables favorite Fiola—is launching Daniel’s, a Florida Steakhouse, in Fort Lauderdale later this fall. The upscale neighborhood restaurant will highlight local products, including oysters from Jacksonville, Hog Snappers from the Florida Keys, and Prime Steaks from North Florida ranches, alongside an extensive wine list.
Habibi Miami

Habibi Miami brings French Moroccan glam to the Miami River this fall. Adjacent to Kiki on The River, this supper club promises an immersive experience with belly dancers, contortionists, drummers, and tableside hookah service. The Wes Anderson-inspired decor sets the stage for a French Moroccan menu featuring tagine dishes and mezze platters.
Casa Gianna
Location: Gale Miami Hotel & Residences, 601 Northeast First Avenue, Miami

Casa Gianna, set to open in October at the Gale Miami Hotel, will offer an all-day menu under the direction of executive chef David Caceres. Mia Steakhouse & Lounge

MIMI Chinese

Big Hug Hospitality will bring MIMI Chinese to Miami Beach in November, marking the restaurant’s first international location. Rosemary’s Wynwood

Sra. Martinez
Location: 2325 Galiano Street, Coral Gables
Opening: Late 2024
James Beard Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein and her partner David Martinez are reviving Sra. Martinez in Coral Gables. Originally a Design District favorite, the restaurant gained national recognition when it opened in 2008. The 2024 relaunch will feature Spanish cuisine with global influences, cocktails, and live music.
PASTA
Location: 124 NW 28th Street, Wynwood

Peruvian chefs Juan Manuel Umbert and Janice Buraschi are bringing their modern Italian restaurant, Pasta, to Wynwood this fall. Following the success of their original location in Lima, the husband-and-wife team will offer their take on classic Italian dishes with influences from their culinary backgrounds. The 2,400-square-foot space features an open kitchen, a menu of tried-and-true Italian recipes, and creative starters and desserts.
Bar Bucce
Location: 7220 N. Miami Avenue, Little River
Opening: Late 2024
Chef Michael Pirolo and his sister Jacqueline, the duo behind Macchialina, are expanding to Little River with Bar Bucce. The 4,000-square-foot restaurant will offer pizza, wine, and an Italian market, bringing the Pirolos’ rustic Italian fare and curated wines to mainland Miami.
