On March 18, the Summer House cast member hopped on his Instagram Stories to share a peek inside his beautiful home as he was working with the organizing service Imagine It Done on some “spring cleaning.” In the process, Carl showed off his primary bedroom and closet area, revealing two closets with plenty of storage space for clothing, hats, shoes, and other items. Further in the Instagram video, Carl showed how his room featured plenty of windows for lots of light coming in and organized dressers and drawers.

Additionally, Carl also showed off his incredible living room, which has floor-to-ceiling windows, a textured area rug, a brown leather sofa, an extra-large brown coffee table, and jaw-dropping views.

Carl Radke gives an update on his new non-alcoholic bar, Soft Bar + Café

In addition to freshening up his apartment for the spring, Carl has other exciting projects coming down the pike.

Earlier in January, Carl shared a progress report on Soft Bar + Café, the non-alcoholic joint he’s opening in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

In a slew of Instagram Story photos, Carl showed off the bar’s interior, which featured whitewash brick walls, exposed beams, and tons of light coming through overhead.

Carl also shared a snap of the bar’s overhead door and a shot of a staircase, teasing more elements in and outside the space.

The Hamptons housemate didn’t provide more details about the business, but according to the Soft Bar + Café Instagram, the doors are opening “soon.”

Carl Radke says Soft Bar + Café could “redefine” the industry

In an August 2024 interview with People magazine, Carl went into more detail abut the mission for the company.

“It’s been a journey, for sure. But I feel like this is my calling,” he said. “I’ve just had this drive inside of me that’s said, ‘You’ve got to go for this.’ What I want to do, to my knowledge, doesn’t exist yet. And it’s amazing to be in a position where I can introduce a new concept and help redefine the non-alcoholic industry in a way. I’m really proud of what we’re creating and what I hope will help a lot of people feel like they have a place to go for the first time.”
