Savor Georgia’s best fine dining restaurants in the state 2025

Whether it’s for date night or you just want to treat yourself, there are plenty of fine dining restaurants in Georgia. But which is the best one?

This year’s edition of “Savor Georgia” magazine features the top 10 fine dining spots across the state. Here’s which ones made the cut and what the writers had to say about them:

Aventine

401 W 3rd St, Rome

“Italian influences with Georgian roots inspire this contemporary farm-to-table restaurant. The rotating menu features a selection of pizzas alongside Amins like duck breast with Aleppo chili.”

Bistro Off Broad

16 E Candler St, Winder

“Within an exposed-brick building in the historic downtown, area chef-driven menu offers European takes on Southern c comforts, such as pork osso buco with grits and trout served over panzanella.”

Elizabeth on 37th

105 E 37th St, Savannah

“Southern coastal cuisine gets a lift in a 19th-century former cotton broker’s mansion. The seven-course tasting menu with optional wine pairings brings genteel luxury to life.”

Epic Restaurant

1201 Front Ave, Columbus

“Experience one of the only AAA Four Diamond dining options outside Atlanta with Chef Jamie Keating’s prix fixe menu of elevated American eats.”

Georgia Sea Grill

407 Mallery St, St Simons Island

“Dishes like tomato molasses–glazed pork and citrus chili-brined chicken show land is no afterthought despite a menu that leads with tantalizing takes on regional seafood.”

Grace Prime Steakhouse

55 Mountain St, Blue Ridge

“The drama begins with the grand two-story facade and continues with a wall of wines, table side cocktail pours, and dry-aged steaks served in a dining room that overlooks the charming town.”

Lazy Betty

999 Peachtree St, Atlanta

“As its coveted Michelin star attests, Ronald Hsu and Aaron Phillips’s elegant yet unstuffy Midtown celebration of creative and leisurely dining is certainly worth the splurge.”

Linger Longer Steakhouse

1 Lake Oconee Trail, Greensboro

“Do as the lakefront Ritz-Carlton restaurant’s name suggests and enjoy a paced-out dinner of prime steaks and classic sides, but leave time for a maple-bacon old fashioned at the resort’s speakeasy.”

The Oaks Club and Cedar Bar

205 Fort King George Dr, Darien

“At a luxury resort in one of Georgia’s oldest cities, enjoy yacht club decor, water views, cellar-select wines, and date night menus that may include dishes like Chianti-braised short ribs.”

Prime 120

120 Chambers St, Woodstock

“Hokkaido A5 Kobe, elk chops, and other luxury cuts are finished in Italian wood-burning ovens at this white-tablecloth spot. Save room for dessert and an after-dinner espresso martini.”
