The multi-million-dollar project began in June 2025 and includes the full upgrade of 243 standard guest rooms, 11 Executive Kings, 4 Suites, and 1 Presidential Suite, as well as all elevator landings, guest corridors, and common areas on each floor. The hotel recently celebrated this milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Designed by renowned hospitality firm Saguez & Dash, the refreshed interiors balance coastal sophistication with contemporary comfort. Inspired by Boca Raton’s breezy elegance, the rooms now feature a rich palette of natural textures, soft tones, and modern materials, creating a serene retreat for today’s traveler.
Notable enhancements include:
- All-new LVT flooring, upgraded mattresses, and custom area rugs
- Modern lighting, locally inspired artwork, and new drapery
- Updated vanities and mirrors in all bathrooms
- Task lighting at every work desk for added functionality
- Keurig coffee machines in all suites
- Steamers available on every guest floor
- Mini M, a hospitality refresh station, now featured on the hotel’s three concierge levels
